From 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Emergency No Parking signs will be posted along several key streets, including:

- 15th Street from F Street to Constitution Avenue, NW
- Constitution Avenue from 14th Street to 18th Street, NW
Additionally, the following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic starting at 4:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., with further closures occurring from 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.:
- Constitution Avenue from 17th Street to 15th Street, NW
- Constitution Avenue from 18th Street to 17th Street, NW
- 17th Street from New York Avenue to Independence Avenue, SW
- C Street from 17th Street to 18th Street, NW
- D Street from 17th Street to 18th Street, NW
- E Street from 17th Street to 18th Street, NW
- 15th Street from F Street, NW to Independence Avenue, SW
- Lower Pennsylvania Avenue/E Street from 14th Street to 15th Street, NW
- Upper Pennsylvania Avenue from 14th Street to 15th Street, NW (hotel traffic only)
- Constitution Avenue from 15th Street to 14th Street, NW
