The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is investigating a homicide that occurred early Friday morning in Northwest Washington, D.C. Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 3400 block of 13th Street at approximately 2:11 a.m. Upon arrival, they found an adult male suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Emergency medical personnel from DC Fire and EMS were summoned to the scene, but unfortunately, they pronounced the victim dead shortly after their arrival. The investigation revealed that the stabbing incident took place in the 1300 block of Park Road, Northwest.
The victim has been identified as 34-year-old Osmen Misael Garcia Bonilla, a resident of Northwest D.C. The circumstances surrounding the stabbing are still under investigation, and MPD is urging anyone with information to come forward.
