During the same timeframe, this section of Rhode Island Avenue, as well as 17th Evens Alley from M Street to Rhode Island Avenue, will be closed to vehicle traffic.
Drivers should be aware that vehicles parked in violation of the emergency no parking signs will be ticketed and towed. The department urges residents to follow the posted signage and exercise caution while navigating the area, as increased pedestrian traffic is expected.
