Residents are invited to participate in a series of meetings hosted by the Council of the District of Columbia on Tuesday, November 10. The meetings will be conducted virtually, beginning with a pre-Legislative Breakfast Meeting at 9 AM, followed by a Committee of the Whole meeting at 11 AM, and concluding with a Legislative Meeting immediately thereafter. Agendas for both the Committee of the Whole and the Legislative Meeting are available on the Council’s website.

Both audio and video options will be available, and participants will receive a confirmation email with joining information after registration. The Council noted that security measures will result in the meeting being locked after a quorum is established, so early attendance is encouraged.
In addition to virtual participation, residents may watch the meetings live on the DCC Network (Channel 13 or 18) or through the Office of Cable Television, Film, Music and Entertainment’s website. The meetings will also be streamed on the Council’s [Facebook page](http://www.facebook.com/councilofdc) and [YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXTTGvPOwbn3QSov4FaQU-w). For those who prefer to attend in person, the meetings will be held at the John A. Wilson Building, Room 500.
A video recording of the meetings will be made available on the Council’s website within 24 hours following their conclusion. Live interpretation and closed captioning will also be provided during the sessions.
